Rubato is a medical technology company that has developed a non-pharmacological therapeutic intervention to manage agitation and other behavioral disturbances in patients, primarily in skilled nursing facilities. Their clinically-validated platform uses a Machine Learning algorithm that analyzes cardiac data from a wearable to personalize music from Spotify, creating measurable biological responses that significantly reduce stress and the use of antipsychotic drugs. For Rubato, we created a Sales Deck targeting two key audiences: therapists and healthcare facility administrators. The main challenge was to communicate a highly technical solution in a way that highlighted both its clinical efficacy and its financial viability. The presentation was structured to demonstrate the patient benefits with hard data (35% stress reduction, etc.) and, crucially, to showcase the business case to administrators by emphasizing that it is a fully reimbursable intervention. The result is a sales tool that builds clinical trust and demonstrates a clear return on investment.
