Do the decks include copywriting?
No, our decks do not include copywriting. You need to provide a base deck or at least a structured copy. However, we can offer copywriting as an additional service to ensure your presentation content is clear, persuasive, and tailored to your audience.
Can I include charts or data in my investment deck?
Yes, you can include charts, tables, and any relevant data for your presentation. We will work with you to visualize them effectively and ensure they stand out clearly and professionally.
Can I include multimedia content, such as videos or links?
Yes, you can include videos, links, or other multimedia elements in your deck. We can integrate them professionally to ensure they look seamless and well-placed within the design.
Do the decks include animations?
No, animations are not included. If you’d like to add animations, we can offer this as an additional service for USD $X to make your presentation more dynamic and engaging. We can also recommend upgrading to the Deck Upgrade package, which includes animations.
If my slides are fewer than 20, can I receive a refund or exchange them for an animation or another additional service?
IIf you don't have a base platform, Mavity will create the design from scratch, but you'll need to provide the content.
How long does it take to create an investment deck?
The creation and development process takes 3 weeks, although this time frame may vary depending on the client's response times.
What if I already have an investment deck but want to improve it?
No problem! If you already have a base deck, we can work on it to optimize the design and ensure the content aligns with your goals. Just send it to us, and we’ll review it together.
Can I make changes during the design process?
Yes, but please keep the following in mind:
During Phase 2: You need to provide feedback on the look and feel. You will choose one of the two proposals and can request changes to the look and feel before starting Phase 3, if necessary.
During Phase 4: You will provide feedback on the deliverable with all the slides designed. Here, you can request any changes you feel are necessary.
During Phase 5: We will send you the requested adjustments. You can request additional changes, but they must be minor adjustments, as the main changes should have been requested during Phase 4.
During Phase 6: We will make the final adjustments and deliver the final presentation.
Can I add more slides after the deck has been delivered?
Yes, additional slides can be added if needed. However, extra charges will apply, as each new slide requires attention to design and content.
Are the investment decks customizable?
Yes, the decks are fully customizable. We ensure that each deck is unique and reflects your project’s vision and goals, adapting it to your brand and style.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final result?
Our priority is your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the design, we offer revisions to adjust whatever is necessary until the deck meets your expectations.
What are the communication channels with you?
Yes, the decks are fully customizable. We ensure that each deck is unique and reflects your project’s vision and goals, adapting it to your brand and style.
What happens if I decide not to continue with the project?
If you decide not to proceed with the project, we will review the work completed up to that point and arrange a pro-rata refund. Any phases already delivered or approved will be charged as originally agreed. Please let us know about any changes in your decision as soon as possible so we can reach a fair resolution together.
Can I add an extra slide, in addition to the 20 allowed, if needed?
Yes, you can add one, but it will incur an additional cost of USD $X per slide.
